Clearing up from the previous day's wedding took rather longer than expected, so I didn't get to this till nearly midnight. There was a little asparagus and Blacksticks Blue cheese left so I crumbled the cheese on top and gratinated it under the grill. What a midnight feast! Cheesy dreams.

Meat Free Monday #18 - Grilled asparagus gratinated with Blacksticks Blue cheese
You know it's been a long day when you wake up later the same morning still in your coat. Such was the case on this Meat Free Monday. 
Clearing up from the previous day's wedding took rather longer than expected, so I didn't get to this till nearly midnight. There was a little asparagus and Blacksticks Blue cheese left so I crumbled the cheese on top and gratinated it under the grill. What a midnight feast! Cheesy dreams.
