Roast asparagus and pepper salad

They say the simple things are the best.

They'd be right too.






Serve at room temperature or warmed in the oven with olive oil & balsamic.

I still haven't found any British asparagus yet but I'm looking. This looks great, I love how colourful it is.

I've never been much of an aspargus fan, but that dish might change my mind :)

It is certainly asparagus season here in Santa Barbara, Cali. We see it everywhere in the markets and on menus. Thanks for popping in on us recently. We have always wanted to visit your region. best, s
